    Hi Wendy! I NEED YOU! I am a 59 yr. old woman (widowed 5 years ago) who has gained 40 lbs in the last 3 years. I’m only about 5’3″ and now weigh 170 lbs after weighing about 125lbs throughout my adult life and while raising 3 kids. Life and extra poundage happened when my life abruptly changed and I need to get healthy again! Heavy and with low energy, I need guidance and encouragement right now. Can you help me? I am retired, live 5 min. from center Asheville and am eager to get started on any schedule that suits us both… please call or email when possible-thanks!

      Hi Monica! I’m so glad you found me and that you’re ready to get started on that healthy path! First thing we need to do is set up a time for you and I to meet and go over your health history, discuss your goals, and then I’ll take you through a fitness assessment to see which program and trainer would work for you best.
