Accepting New Clients!

 Don’t be a turkey!

   As a personal trainer it’s a true passion of mine to see that you are as healthy as you can be.  Now that the holidays are rapidly approaching it’s time to get into the gym and make sure you don’t gain any unwanted holiday pounds.

Just in time for the holiday season, I am now accepting new clients!  Unfortunately my available times are limited so if you’ve been thinking about starting a fitness program don’t hesitate any longer and risk gaining another pound.  Call me to set up a FREE consultation before someone else steal the time slot you need!

Muscle Soreness…A Love Hate Relationship

Some people really like to be sore after a workout and some people really don’t.  Personally, I don’t mind being sore but as a personal trainer it is not my goal to make my clients sore all over all the time, although I do get the request quite often. 

Muscle soreness is not a gauge as to how well your workout went or how great your personal trainer is.  You don’t want to destroy the muscles every session, they can’t take but so much.
