Armless Leg Workout

    Ok, so I fractured my left wrist 3 weeks ago.  I fell while skim boarding at the beach.  Nothing too major but definitely a set back.  My training was going so well.  It takes 6 weeks for a bone to heal.  No training for 6 weeks!?  Of course not!  I bought a $10 book bag and filled it with two 25lb kettlebells.  No Excuses!

      

Yesterday’s armless leg workout: low leg press 5×8, single leg Romanian deadlift 3×15, Bulgarian split squat 3×20, high leg press 4×6, step ups 3×15, leg press calf raise 5×20 

Let NOTHING keep you from your goals.
