Barbell Complex 1
This is a barbell complex where you do all the exercises without letting go of the barbell. Complexes, whether done with a barbell or with dumbbells, are great for revving up the metabolism. They are great for burning lots of calories. Choose a weight that will be challenging enough so that the eighth repetition is difficult to complete by the end of the first complex. Repeat the whole complex four times. Also, be mindful of your form as you begin to fatigue, try to make every rep perfect. Enjoy!!
